FOUNDING TEAMON-SITE IN BERLIN
What you’ll do
- Coordinate on-site setup, suppliers, equipment and timelines.
- Keep facilities, access, maintenance and everyday services running.
- Own operational budgets, schedules and clear playbooks.
- Work with external technical specialists; technical sign-offs remain with the qualified professionals.
What you bring
- You have run a complex physical operation, venue, shared house or event.
- You turn messy situations into owners, checklists and next steps.
- You are hands-on, calm under pressure and reliable with suppliers.
- You communicate clearly in English; German is useful for local coordination.

How we start
Setup can start remotely. The role becomes full-time on campus as the site opens, with the team living on campus. Timing, arrangements and compensation will be discussed before an offer.
Resident selection is a shared responsibility across the team.
