Hosting and technical access

This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., USA. When you visit, the hosting service processes technical connection data, including your IP address, request time, requested URL and browser information, to deliver and secure the website. This serves our legitimate interest in a reliable, secure online presence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Processing may take place outside the EEA; Netlify describes its transfer safeguards in its privacy policy. Technical data is retained only as needed for operation, security or legal requirements.

Fonts, images and external links

Fonts and images are served with this website. We have not added advertising pixels, analytics or embedded social-media feeds. External services are opened only when you follow their links and are subject to their own privacy information.

Contact

Email links and enquiry forms on this website open a draft in your email app. The website itself does not send or store these enquiries. If you send an email, we process its contents to respond and, where relevant, prepare a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), or on the basis of our legitimate interest in handling business correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We delete correspondence when it is no longer needed, subject to applicable retention requirements.

Residency applications

The application is hosted separately by Tally BV, Belgium. We use submitted information to assess applications, contact applicants and prepare a possible residency (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Tally processes submissions on our behalf. Access is limited to the team handling applications. We retain the data for selection and necessary follow-up, then delete it unless a contractual or statutory retention requirement applies. Required fields are needed to assess and respond to your application; optional fields may be left blank. Selection is reviewed by our team and is not based solely on automated decisions. Please do not submit sensitive information or other people’s private details. See the Tally data-processing information and the notice in the form.

Your rights

Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and data portability. Where processing is based on legitimate interests, you may object on grounds relating to your particular situation. Where consent is the basis, you may withdraw it for the future. You may complain to a data protection supervisory authority, including in your country of residence or work. Contact us using the email above to exercise your rights.
