STEALTH CAMPUS
RESIDENCY / FOR FOUNDERS, RESEARCHERS & BUILDERS

The work comes first.
The people change it.

Live alongside people who understand the obsession. Bring your work, your questions and the ambition to take them further.

We care about
what you build.

A prototype. A research question. A company taking shape.

You don’t need a polished pitch to begin a conversation. Show us how you think, what you’ve already tried and what you want to make happen next.

  • You take ownership of a difficult problem.
  • You can show work, experiments or progress.
  • You value direct feedback and contribute to other people’s work.
  • You want to live and build alongside the community in Berlin.
MORE THAN A PLACE TO WORK

People you’ll
keep building with.

Founder dinners. Demo nights. Someone to think through a hard decision with. A peer group that notices your progress and asks the useful question.

We’re creating the conditions for those connections to happen every day.

THE APPLICATION

Show your work.
Start a conversation.

The first step is a short introduction to you and your work. We’ll follow up with any deeper questions after reviewing your application.

Start your application
  1. Tell us what you’re building.

Your background, your work and the problem you want to tackle next.

  2. Let us get to know you.

The team reviews applications. We may follow up to understand your work, goals and fit with the community.

  3. Work through the practical details.

Discuss availability, project needs, room options and terms before committing to a move.

GOOD TO KNOW

Ask the
real questions.

Do I need to have a company already?

No. We’re interested in founders, researchers and technical builders with meaningful work to show. Tell us what you have done and what you want to build next.

Where is the campus?

In Berlin. This is a residential community: being here in person is central to the experience.

When can I move in?

The residency starts on February 1, 2027, with a minimum stay of three months. We will confirm the practical move-in details before any commitment.

How much does it cost?

Room options, prices and what is included will be shared during the application process before you commit. Applying does not book a room.

Can I apply from outside Germany?

Yes. Tell us where you are based and when you could be in Berlin. Any immigration or relocation requirements need to be resolved individually; applying does not imply visa sponsorship.

What language does the community use?

English connects our international community.

What if my project needs specialist equipment?

Tell us precisely what you need in your application. Facilities are being developed, so specialist laboratory or workshop access is something we will discuss rather than assume.
