What you’ll do
- Onboard residents and help them find their place.
- Create dinners, demo nights and rituals people want to return to.
- Connect residents with useful peers, mentors and opportunities.
- Build relationships with universities and founder communities.
What you bring
- You have built a community, initiative or shared experience people value.
- You remember people, follow through and make useful introductions.
- You can host a room and organise the details behind it.
- You communicate confidently in English.

How we start
Setup can start remotely. The role becomes full-time on campus as the site opens, with the team living on campus. Timing, arrangements and compensation will be discussed before an offer.
Resident selection is a shared responsibility across the team.
