FOUNDING TEAMON-SITE IN BERLIN
What you’ll do
- Develop and produce long-form video, shorts and social posts.
- Film and edit founder stories, project progress and events.
- Build repeatable formats and a consistent publishing rhythm.
- Work with the content studio, creators and the wider team.
What you bring
- You have a reel, channel or body of published work.
- You can shoot, edit and tell a story.
- You understand what belongs on each platform.
- You communicate confidently in English.

How we start
Setup can start remotely. The role becomes full-time on campus as the site opens, with the team living on campus. Timing, arrangements and compensation will be discussed before an offer.
Resident selection is a shared responsibility across the team.
