What you’ll do
- Own production plans, run-of-show, setup and teardown.
- Coordinate AV, catering, suppliers and check-in.
- Manage guest logistics and event-day helpers.
- Create reusable checklists and a reliable supplier network.
What you bring
- You have produced events and enjoy the detail.
- You spot problems early and stay calm when plans change.
- You are reliable with people, equipment and deadlines.
- You work in English; German is useful with local suppliers.

How we start
Setup can start remotely. The role becomes full-time on campus as the site opens, with the team living on campus. Timing, arrangements and compensation will be discussed before an offer.
Resident selection is a shared responsibility across the team.
